Head Start of Lane County train's currently enrolled Head Start-Early Head Start parents/guardians and two-years past Head Start parent/guardians to become qualified teaching staff through a volunteer career training program called “SEEKERS”: Specialized Employment Efforts Keep Education Running Smoothly. 
At the end of this session the participant will be able to: 
  • Develop their own Head Start Parent Training Program.
  • Learn from actual SEEKERS graduates about their experiences.
